Continue Reading′′ Brother Kai, gate Sam ′′ 💥 Follow Nadech to grilled chicken, wheelchair behind the university. 😍
.
The shop ′′ Brother Kai, Gate Sam ′′ is famous overnight because Khun Ouchit took a live review in front of the shop. Nadech, a regular customer of this shop drove by to say hello. 🥰 I can tell you that it's right. Now, if anyone passes around here, you'll see people coming to buy randomly from Brother Win Motorcycle to Nadech! 🤩 Even if it's a normal cart shop, it tastes extraordinary. It's not strange that Brother Bee used to sell out within 1 hours. 💥 Let's know the owner of grilled chicken. The good mood for who he is and what a great one to tie it. The heart of Nadech is fine!
.
We came to the back of Srinakarin Wirot University to meet with ′′ P ' Bee ′′ or ′′ Siriwan Bupsiri ′′ ✨ the owner of the shop ′′ Brother Kai, Phasi ′′ according to the students of the university of the university. It's called because the shop is located behind the university of cuddle Yom Sor. Around the gate of Three, Brother Bee says smilely that ′′ I have been selling for 5-6 years. I have been here all the time. I haven't moved anywhere ′′ 😊
.
The peaceful atmosphere next to the small canal on Sukhumvit 31 road. We can't help but surprise that there will be grilled chicken restaurant in the middle of the city like this. But with the cooking skill of brother Bee and boyfriend with spicy sauce. Making people stop by to order a lot of sticks. Nonstop 🤩
.
′′ I have eaten it for over a year. The wind is cool. I like chicken liver. But I like everything that he grills The regular uncle tells me in a good mood. Prepare to get up after eating grilled chicken liver. Big set. 😊
.
I see customers stop by to buy non-stop like this. Brother Bee said that in the beginning, there are customers who are students, parents, students and brother Win Motorcycles around here only. Thailand's sergeant came to eat at cuddle pm. Recently, especially. A young actor who loves aunts, uncles all over Thailand like ′′ Nadech Kukimiya ′′ 😍 who loves it so much that he comes to eat every week. Brother Bee secretly whispers that Nadech always drives. Come to buy on Friday and Saturday. It's probably because of the spicy sauce to the northeastern flavor. 😋
.
The great recipe for customer's heart is 3 types of sauce, 3 styles that P ' Bee is new every day. Both ′′ young chili paste ′′ that we are familiar with. ′′ Spicy sauce, sour, sweet sauce ′′ cut with wet tamarind sauce and ′′ Pickled fish ′′ or ′′ Chaew Bong ′′ 💥 that brother Bee says is ranked 1 The most addictive sauce is gone before anyone. Always friends.
.
The best-selling menu is ′′ grilled chicken ′′ (10 baht) and ′′ grilled chicken liver ′′ (10 baht) that you need to hurry up to order. Otherwise, you won't be able to eat. Some days, it's sold out. There are many people who come to buy it. Haha. It's wooden. Anyone who has passed by to buy, you can choose from chicken to sauce! 😋
.
After trying, no wonder people stop by to eat at cuddle am continuously 😊 because chicken is super soft, juicy, specialized sauce from ′′ rice ′′ hot rice ′′ with chili paste. It's very satisfied. 3 sauce is delicious. It can't be found anywhere. If you ask about the most impressive sauce, it must be ′′ pickled fish ′′ for sure 💥 from what I used to don't like pickled fish but enough. Dipping with grilled chicken. I can't stop eating. I want to come back to eat again. 🤤
.
In the past lockdown period, Brother Bee said, ′′ Stop selling for 3 months because everyone is home. School and college closed. No customers but now they are back to sell. ′′ Brother Bee is waiting for all customers at the same place. Same time. Free. Affordable price. No change. Sell for only 10 Baht per stick. 😍
.
If you want to follow Nadech, let's know how cool this grilled chicken is to tie Nadech's heart. Visit us behind Srinakarin Wirot University, Prasamitr, around the gate three ✨ Shop open 15:00-18:00 hrs. Off every Sunday. Brother Bee told me to try it. Who is fast? Who is (eating)! Northeastern people come to try and you will recover from home. Central, North, South. Let's try and you will know how delicious it is! 😋

Are you ready for the motherload?
WE ARE ON DAY 18 of self-quarantine and still really like each other! Here are some of our favorite play ideas that we've loved doing as a family and independently.
WE GOT THIS, MAMAS!!!
***
SENSORY
***
Oobleck (cornstarch + water)
Playdough (recipe saved under my highlights on ig @rachealkwacz)
Simple dough (flour + water)
Slime (recipe on ig!)
Organic slime (psyllium husk + water heated up)
Ice (add water, add salt, add food coloring, freeze it w a toy inside, the list is endless!)
Baths (bubbles, bath bombs, "swimming", use your sand toys, kitchen tools, etc)
Sily putty
Blutak
Clay
Mud (soil and water)
Clean mud (shredded paper + soap shavings + water)
Shredded paper
Newspaper
Jello
Rice
Barley
Beans
Lentils
Shaving cream
Sand
Salt
*Food sources are a precious commodity at the moment (we haven't been to a grocery store!) so we've really been conserving all our dry goods for however long we might need to quarantine for which means we're really rotating between just a few things (water, soil, slime, etc) so don't worry about having to come out with something new everyday. They are honestly happy to play with the same medium, it allows them to come out with different creations and explore deeper!

ARTS & CRAFTS

Coloring - there are a ton of cool printables including a very fun one from sereni & shentel
Paint
Paper mache - glue w paste made from cooked flour and water
Markers
Cards
Stickers
Glue
Cutting
Different textures of paper
Cardboard painting
Honestly, Ella Grace has a little art table so she really just leads this. We just make the materials available for her and she comes out with some gems! My best advice however is for painting or anything that's "messy", let them paint in the shower! We strip her down, she paints on the glass to her heart's content, the clean up and hosing it down is part of the fun then a shower after! No stains on clothes, no worrying about wet paint or where to hang all the artwork later and best of all, minimal clean-up!
***
ROLE PLAY
***
The sky is the limit on this one and honestly, the world (or anything she can find within our four walls) is her oyster
Dress-up
Costume jewelry
Blanket - she has a soft bamboo muslin wrap from when she was little that she uses for everything. It's probably her most used toy in the house she plays w it so much - cape, hat, skirt, scarf, etc
Forts - use flat sheets or blankets and pillows and see what you can build with what you have!
Cardboard - build a robot suit or an entire landscape!
Restaurant - there's an instruction leaflet from a game that Ella Grace likes to use as a "menu" which again goes back to…use your imagination! You don't have to have a "kitchen" to play cooking!
Salon - hair, facials, manis, pedis, even daddy gets to have a go!
Construction - one of our favorite things to do is just build. We recycle old egg cartons, boxes, packaging materal, magnatiles - Bueno Blocks has an incredible selection of open-ended toys!
Real life - honestly this the best and total win-win! She helps me cook, cut, prep, mop, sweep, vaccuum, make beds, wipe, clean, etc and is actually a really big help!!
***
ETC
***
Reading (she does a lot of this both independently and together as a family)
Writing/activity books - this is really optional. Our ethos is play is learning and learning has to come from within so we don't push "school" at all. She has a bunch of workbooks gifted from various places that she likes to take out and work on whenever and we just allow it to be part of free play and because it's not a "chore" she loves it
Pretend cooking show!!
Podcasts (refer to previous post for our extensive list of favorites!)
TV time - she has set tv time while I make dinner and her favorite programs are Hi-5, The Wiggles, Fireman Sam, Paw Patrol! We also do movie night once a week and it includes snacks and lots of cuddling!
Gardening - grow a little patio/balcony garden. We planted some cilantro roots and sprouted onions!!
Friendship bracelets
Make a jumprope!
Learn a new language or skill
Picnic on your balcony if you have one or a pretend picnic in your living room!
Balls - seriously, there are so many things you can do w ball! Ella Grace had an entire afternoon of fun and made-up games by herself with just a little wooden ball and basket.
Mostly, just remember this. It's okay if they get bored. In fact, allow them to be. Remember the ball and the basket story? She had so much fun because we've actively allowed her to just explore, be creative, be bored, use her imagination, and not micromanage or set up all her play for her. The key to surviving and even thriving(!) isn't to plan out every second of their day, the key to surviving MCO is to trust her and allow room for adventure and fun. Be flexible. Freedom within boundaries, mama.
The only way through is to do it together and sometimes that means having her play by herself while I work and the other times, it means really checking in, being present, and playing along with her!
That's the secret.❤
Share the love with your mama tribe! xx

10 TOYS THAT PROMOTE SPEECH AND LANGUAGE DEVELOPMENT
Children spend most of their time in play, helping them understand their environment and interact with people. Nothing beats toys that children can hold and share with others. Thinking of toys to buy for your children? Check these toys that are easily available in stores near you.
1. Activity Board (6 to 12 months)
Babies at this stage are developing their motor skills and are continuing to explore through their senses. They also start to learn cause and effect. An activity board allows babies to manipulate and see the effect of each touch and turn.
2. Shape Sorter (1 to 1 ½ years)
At this age, babies have increased problem solving and actions on objects. Suggested toys include shape sorters, stacking rings, and ball and hammer. Parents can use these for language stimulation as well.
3. Cooking Set (1 ½ to 2 years)
Children start to engage in pretend play. With the cooking set, a child can pretend to do familiar everyday actions directed towards themselves (e.g. baby is drinking from a cup). Parents are encouraged to play with their child by naming actions they do (info talk), pretending (e.g. “Let’s eat chicken,” Yummy!”), asking questions (e.g. “Where’s the spoon?”) and expanding verbal productions (e.g. “You said eat? Let’s eat yummy chicken!”).
4. Mr. Potato Head (1 ½ to 2 years)
This toy is great for teaching the concept of body parts and actions. The toy also encourages early pretend play like feeding Mr. Potato Head, putting it to sleep, or giving him a bath.
5. Doll House (2 to 3 years)
Building and fixing the doll house encourages varied play combinations, a skill expected of 2-3 year old children. Children at this age show varied actions and use varied phrases and sentence combinations (e.g. “I put chair,” “Boy get milk”).
6. Doctor Set (2 to 3 years)
Children start to pretend using less-familiar events and take on more roles. A trip to the doctor is one memorable activity that you can recreate with toys. Actions done are more complex and varied (e.g. go to the doctor, get a check up, go home) and role reversals are common (e.g. “I’m the doctor and you’re the patient”).
7. Blocks (3 to 4years)
Blocks are open-ended toys that will lend for imaginative play. Children can use these to make houses, farms, vehicles, and more to create scenes for their play.
8. Action Figures (3 to 4 years)
Children are now exposed to more roles. They enjoy play that involves characters they see in the community (e.g. doctor, pilot) and on TV (e.g. superheroes). They also create dialogues while playing with it.
9. Art Materials (4 to 5 years)
Children mainly use language to set scenes. Paint, crayons, clay, glue, and other materials can pave the way for any theme or character that the child may want to use.
10. Board Games (5 years and above)
Since children are now entering the school age, they enjoy games that will challenge and hone their thinking. Board games such as Snakes and Ladders, Cadoo, Scrabble, Candyland, etc. are recommended. These games also promote good social interaction.

【英語字幕】OK. So today I would like to talk about cooking. Until three years ago, I was kind of guy who just never cooked. It's not like I wasn't interested in good food. I was just not interested in cooking, not interested in doing it yourself. I was like "well why do we have to do it because you can go to Gusto and eat an OK food". I never think that way anymore. And for some reason, about three years ago, I started cooking. And since then, what's been happening, since then, what's been happening to me is that I have more positive mind towards life. It's a big word, but I do have some kind of positive mind towards just daily living. And in my opinion I think every Junior High School student should learn how to cook. I think the schools should make it a regular subject to learn for students. I think by cooking, I mean, OK hold on... There's something I was going to say. There's something I was going to say. Hold on hold on. There's something I was going to say about cooking. What was this? Why is cooking so important? Why is that? In my opinion, cooking is such a fundamental skill to live a life. Like long time ago, if you cannot cook, if you cannot get what you eat, you would just die. So I think as a human cooking is such a fundamental skill to survive. So I think Junior High School students should learn how to cook and the schools should make it a regular class. And in my opinion even "ひきこもり" students will have... I have a solution for "ひきこもり" students. I think they should learn how to cook so that they will have more positive mind towards living. I think that's my solution for "ひきこもり" students.
自炊を始めて生活が楽しくなりました。もっと以前から自炊をできるようになりたかったです。
